It was absolutely fantastic. My waitress christina was fantastic. Had a great experience. I will be back.

Quick service, great pizza

Building is run down restrooms are in the worst possible conditions. trash everywhere. Felt like you need a hazmat suit to even atemp using.

Terrible service... Cook tried to fight over the phone cause they were busy ... I received an over-cooked, cold pizza, that was un-edible and when called to ask for new pizza, i was told they will have a new pizza sent out I got no apology or free pizza or anything of that nature....a lot of attitude for a franchise that messed up my order, I felt like I messed up... Hope the owners of this pizza hut are better people than the workers ..... Stay clear of this nasty pizza hut and all others.... Terrible experience!!!!!!Wow the email address from the reply that says you want to make this right is a fake email address.... Stay away from this pizza hut in temple its a very bad ran establishment.... Paid full price for terrible service and horrible pizzas...

I've had issues with this specific Pizza Hut since moving to my neighborhood a year ago, which is 0.6 miles away from their location. My neighborhood is new and not on GPS yet, but going from my location to theirs, it is 0.6 and they refuse to deliver, saying "we are outside of their delivery radius".. Along with that, when I ordered, the person over the phone asked me to repeat my card information 4 times when I tried paying over the phone..Seeing as the ratings for this place are terrible, I was hoping that was situational and not the place of business as a whole, and unfortunately... it appears so.

Great pizza,and good service

My boyfriend ordered stuffed crust for us (my fav) was expecting mozzarella in the crust like always but we got a very nasty cheese in the crust. Ew. It wasn’t mozzarella at all.

We call ahead we went to pick up and we had to wait 30 more minutes, and they gave me an old pizza.

There is a girl named Jamie who works here that gets all 5 stars! She is friendly and can multi-task while smiling through it all! She should be commended for her value to this store!

I ordered pick up from drive thru. When I arrived at the time my order was supposed to be ready, I then sat behind the car in front of me for 20 minutes. After realizing this car was not going to move any time soon, I parked and went inside. I asked the lady if they had considered that when one car was holding up everyone else maybe the car should pull up a little to wait. The lady blamed the other coworker. When I spoke to the other coworker, she turned her back on me, mumbled "I'm sorry about that" and walked off. When I told her she didn't seem very sorry she turned around and rolled her eyes. This is not the first rude experience I've had here. Also my pizza was not even cooked well.

Made an online order for boneless wings and cinnamon rolls, I called to change the wings to hot instead of plain since the the only kind they have online is plain, and the manager told me he could not change them. After asking why he couldn't change the wings he stated just because i ordered the wings online he cant change them so I just canceled the order. So disappointed that pizza hut doesn't show all the flavors online and customers get the short end of the deal when they want to add flavor on the wings.

Friendly staff and hot, delicious pizza!

Really like this store. The wings are great and staff is extremely friendly. This place holds a special place in my heart as I waited on my wings...I watched a Shelby GT500 go for $1,100,000 on Barret Jackson. That was a very uplifting moment in a day that started out so wrong. I think the only thing missing here is maybe the pizza and salad buffet bar but other than that. This place is great.

Went with the family, the pizzas at this place were so fluffy and delicious 🤤. I really recommend this place. The pizzas were cheesy like in the pizzas commercials where you get a slice and the cheese looks amazing . The waiter was really kind and offered the kids a coloring page with crayons. She would check up on us every 10 minutes . Amazing place deserves all the 5 stars.

Called to place an order girl was extremely rude wouldn't tell me any specials and apparently they ran out of medium sized pizzas!

Ordered pizzas from here had a bad aftertaste called up to Pizza hut to talk to somebody was left on hold for 30 minutes so I just hung up

Worst experience from a pizza place every! So I drove through the pick up window, and paid for my pizza in cash. Waited ten minutes and received a partial order. We ordered two salads and a pizza. I was told that they were out one of the salads, yet took my cash and would not refund my money. The doors to the restaurant were locked, and they wouldn't refund the cash I just handed them. The second salad was out of date and slimy inside the salad. I'm out 8 dollars and there answer is a store credit to something I ordered and they didn't have. Not to mention the cashier decided to spill my change out of the pick up window, which was an accident but completely unhelpful. I would not recommend this location for future transactions.Pizza Hut can keep the 8 dollar store credit I'll never go back. This company needs to better train and better manage it's employees.

Got there 10 minutes after the "order ready" time and still had to wait 15 more minutes for an already paid pizza. The place was empty. They had no paper plates, red crushed pepper, or parmesan packets and on top of that they wanted me to pay for the red crush pepper they had. Didn't even get a receipt. Worst pizza hut ever.

My family visited this Pizza Hut on 3/26, the food was good but this restaurant wasn't the best to enjoy a meal because the restaurant is rundown on the inside and they neglected to turn on the A/C so we were sweating by end of our meal.

Ordered online and it said 15 minute pick up so we showed up 25 minutes and had to sit there for 20 minutes waiting for the pizza to be ready. I ordered a large pan pizza and they hand over 2 medium hand tossed pizzas because they "ran out" of large?! Definitely never ordering from this location again.

I was charged twice. I paid for my food I ate and they charged my card again. I have bank statements be very careful do not pay with your cards there.

Hot fresh pizza and friendly staff. Always feel welcome no matter what time it is.

Ordered online for carryout. Sat in line behind another car for 20 minutes while the passengers in 2 cars behind me walked in and got their pizzas. When I could finally back out, I parked to go in but then for some reason the door was locked even though there were two other people waiting inside. The guy at the window said it was his first day and he didn't want to disobey the young guy at the register and wouldn't unlock the door. What in the world is going on at this place? So I guess throw away the pizza i was ready to pay for because y'all want to lock out customers?! I am so confused

Great service when I called in my order. The order taker was extremely nice and friendly and accommodating. The delivery man Jeff was awesome as well. Prompt and professional! Pizza tasted great!

Small but effective, with regards to their originality. Stuffed crust is a unique and enjoyable.

I went pizza hut today. 3 16. 20 on general bruce temple the woman on regester acted like she was. In outer space .My pizza had very little cheese and. I couldnt get parmessan cheese and chile .worst sevice o have ever had .

Terrible service! I waited over 30 minutes for a dine in order of pasta. When I saw other patrons who arrived a good 15 plus minutes after me receive their pizza, I went to the counter to check on my order. I was told it had fallen on the floor. I guess they were waiting for me to ask about it because they hadn't put a new one in. I walked out, and after reading these other reviews, I'm glad I did.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated...no services. No dine in customers were there only takeout customers, hmmmm wonder why

Hottiiieeess! I'm talking about their pizza for DELIVERY! Online and delivery service is so easy, efficient, time saving, and quick! EVERY time, our pizza was drooling hot and stretchy... that's the cheese I mean! And those garlic breadsticks...nommnommz. Sorry typing with my mouth full..

Omg me and my husband just went here! And stood there for like 5 mins looking for someone that worked here! Finally after my husband saying "hello" a few times a man comes out and says uhhh we can't serve anyone our computers are down! We were like ok? The mngr Comes up and says we haven't been able to do anything for 2 hours! I said don't you think maybe you should put a closed sign out? She just laughed! This pizza hut needs some major help ( not even a im sorry) BAD BUSINESS

This is a hit and miss, sometimes the food is amazing but sometimes the crust is so thin ( not crispy) and all the toppings fall off. But overall satisfied.
